Big Foot Discovery a Hoax

We kinda knew this would be the verdict: the Bigfoot discovered in Georgia is a hoax. My question about it is this: why didn't the guys who bought this thing take a good look at it before claiming it was the real deal. Afterall, it was a frozen rubber gorilla suit! Good grief! I bet those guys who paid money for it are feeling pretty foolish right about now. I'm sort of glad it was a hoax; I still like a good urban legend story. Now about that chupacabra. . .
